The HR Services division is organised into HR support and digitalisation teams. Key tasks include managing personnel administration and payroll, as well as the application support for the SAP HCM system.
Description
What You'll Accomplish With Us
Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the HR Services department
Manage personnel administration, payroll, time management, and digital HR services
Ensure legally compliant, economical, and service-oriented HR processes
Strategically develop HR services and the HR system landscape
Oversee digitalisation, SAP, and transformation projects
Advise managers on HR service, process, and digitalisation topics
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and represent the department in projects and committees
Requirements
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable field with relevant practical experience in HR management
Knowledge of employment, collective bargaining, tax, and social security law
Understanding of core HR processes (across the employee lifecycle)
Familiarity with modern HR systems (particularly SAP HCM) and HR process digitalisation and automation
Leadership skills as well as strategic and conceptual abilities
Strong skills in project management and control
Expertise in delegation, prioritisation, and decision-making
Self-reliance, decision-making ability, result-oriented action
What We Offer
Compensation
We offer remuneration according to pay group 13 as per the Collective Agreement for Public Utility Companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, a lower pay group may apply.
