Description
What You Will Achieve with Us
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the development team and the promotion of a learning-oriented corporate culture
Development and management of the company-wide corporate learning strategy
Responsibility for educational and knowledge management as well as for central learning structures
Establishing efficient control and service processes in corporate learning for structured and transparent demand representation
Designing the strategic direction and management of leadership development programmes
Development of innovative learning formats and advancement of digital and AI-supported solutions
Advising leaders and organisational units in the areas of qualification and competency development
Requirements
What You Bring
Master’s degree in fields such as economics, humanities, or social sciences, and relevant job-related experience, as well as leadership experience and methodological skills
Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a comparable course with a focus on personnel, work, or organisational psychology, leadership experience, and complementary knowledge to match a Master's level, and relevant job-related experience in:
Personnel development
Employee retention
Competency management
Educational management
Extensive leadership experience: motivating, developing, and managing teams effectively
Several years of experience in personnel development in designing and managing learning and development programmes for employees/leaders
In-depth knowledge in educational management and managing learning portfolios, including developing control systems
Experience in data-based analysis, project/change management, digital learning formats, and AI
Excellent conceptual skills and strong moderation and presentation abilities

Compensation
We offer compensation in salary group 12 according to the Collective Agreement for Public Sector Services (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower salary group may occur.
