Compare prices, renegotiate, and place orders

Plan inventory needs and calculate consumption before and after events

Plan culinary offerings and calculate sales prices based on demand

Ensure quality standards on match days

Monitor and document hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept

Hire kitchen staff via external service providers as needed

Create work instructions and write recipes for the kitchen team

Conduct inventories

Maintain the inventory management system

Support the kitchen team during sickness or vacations

Completed training as a cook

Professional experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, ideally in a similar position and in system gastronomy

Proficient in MS Office, such as Excel and Outlook

Open to using catering software

Structured, organised, and independent working style

Reliability and a sense of responsibility

Friendly and authentic presence with internal and external contacts

Willingness to work on match days

Proficient in spoken and written German
