Description
Your Role with Us:
Demand, review, and assess protocols for third-party water discharges.
Prohibit the discharge of protected water into rainwater systems and oversee the completion of separation measures.
Inspect and prohibit incorrect discharges.
Examine and assess rainwater discharge situations.
Examine permits and calculate rainwater charges.
Create credits and recalculations, and adjust discounts accordingly.
Provide advice on systematic disconnection and handle complaints and appeals.
Requirements
Your Profile:
Technical qualifications as a businessperson or technician in process engineering or environmental technology, with specific experience in drainage/hydraulics and industry-relevant knowledge.
Alternatively: Economic or industrial qualifications, business administration or office management experience with relevant practical knowledge.
Comprehensive knowledge in water management, particularly rainwater management, sealing techniques, infiltration capacity, and drainage types.
Basic geographical understanding and task-relevant knowledge of building and sanitary technology.
Technical understanding and knowledge of workplace-relevant DIN standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP IS-U, UBI, ASS, GIS, DMS, MoPs, ALKIS, and land registry access.
Solid knowledge of civil law, commercial law, code of civil procedure, contract law, Berlin Operations Act, objection procedures, and administrative law (tax code, enforcement law, Water Resources Act, Water Framework Directive, Building Code, Building Regulations of Berlin, Berlin Roads Act).
Understanding of GDPR, Federal and Berlin Data Protection Acts.
Experience in handling digital customer interactions and complaint management.
Customer orientation, self-organisation, and cross-disciplinary thinking.

Compensation:
We offer you a salary in pay group 9 according to the utility companies' collective agreement (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may also occur.
