Description
What you will achieve with us
Conducting stakeholder analyses with targeted application of project management tools and methods
Creation and development of change stories
Preparation of concepts and decision papers for change processes and projects
Implementation of change measures, including the use of modern working methods
Planning, preparation, and facilitation of change workshops
Evaluation of change measures, programmes, and projects
Preparation of decision templates and management documents
Process coordination, consultation, and support for leaders and employees within HR initiatives and projects
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in (Business) Psychology or Organisational Development with relevant professional experience in change management
Alternatively: a Bachelor's degree in Labour and Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant professional experience and solid knowledge in project management, change management, and organisational development
Knowledge of management and project management tools
Change management expertise
Understanding and practice in holistic personnel processes
Qualification as a Change Manager
Strong communication and conceptual skills as well as facilitation abilities
Solution-oriented work approach and analytical skills

Compensation
We offer compensation in accordance with pay group 11 of the Tarifvertrag Versorgungsbetriebe (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may occur in a lower pay group.
