Description

What You Will Move with Us

  • Responsible for recruiting specialists and executives in compliance with legal and internal company guidelines

  • Comprehensive advice for all parties involved on the topic of recruiting and onboarding

  • Includes: clarification of orders, publishing, pre-selection, preparation, design, and conducting competency-based interviews followed by personnel selection

  • Continuous improvement of our processes, systems, and candidate journey

  • Acting as source of ideas, contact person, and implementer regarding recruiting trends and internal and external career events

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and equivalent relevant professional experience

  • Bachelor of Arts in Personnel Management, International Business or Economics, Business Psychology, certified HR specialist and relevant experience in job-related tasks

  • Initial, relevant experience in recruiting, a flair for personnel selection, and dealing with executives and involved committees

  • Desirable knowledge of various legislations, including TV-V, PersVG, SGB IX, LGG, and AGG

  • Desirable knowledge of working with the recruiting software SAP SuccessFactors

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Knowledge of diagnostic and competency-based selection methods, KPIs, and report creation

  • Ability to represent our company attractively in the job market, diplomatic approach, and creative problem-solving

  • Strong communication skills and service orientation

Compensation

We offer a salary in pay group 9 according to the Collective Agreement for Public Utility Companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may also occur in a lower pay group.
