Description
Lead the service desk and monitoring in the data centre together with your team.
Further develop service desk strategies and relevant performance indicators.
Manage and optimise system monitoring.
Continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor IT infrastructures, networks, and applications.
Identify risks and disruptions early and initiate appropriate actions.
Coordinate responses to system failures and technical disruptions.
Ensure fast and sustainable error resolution.
Deploy, support, and develop employees based on their competencies.
Requirements
Completed university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, alternatively a Bachelor's or Business Administration degree with relevant experience
Experience in project or team leadership
In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and IT tools (SMAX, Dynatrace, Extrahop)
Strong decision-making and communication skills
Proactive and structured approach
