Description

• Take charge of revenue, cost, and risk management

• Produce and clearly present analyses and reports for committees, departments, and stakeholders

• Integrate revenue planning into the overall bank strategy

• Develop models and analytical processes in collaboration with departments

• Conduct pre- and post-calculations of margins, services, and business areas

• Evaluate scenarios for revenue development and identify risks early

• Monitor regulatory requirements

• Evaluate the strategic impact of measures in conjunction with risk control

• Analyse causes of deviations from plans and derive solutions

• Advance investment and efficiency controlling along with the relevant systems

• Analyse cost drivers and take responsibility for invoices related to cost centers, types, carriers, and contribution margin

• Clearly document processes and outcomes

• Maintain and optimise deployed systems

• Ensure high data and process quality

Requirements

• Degree in economics with a focus on finance or controlling

• An additional qualification in banking or commerce is advantageous

• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling within the financial industry

• Extensive expertise in overall bank management

• Proficient use of the M365 package

• Experience with controlling software

• Enjoy clear analysis, effective collaboration, and transparent documentation
