What You Will Achieve with Us
Manage complex corporate catering facilities and drive the strategic and sustainable development of the corporate catering services for Berliner Wasserbetriebe
Develop a modern, target-group-oriented offering
Advance innovations, identify relevant trends, and create attractive catering concepts for our guests
Plan, control, and continuously optimise all catering processes – from procurement and production to sustainability aspects
Ensure adherence to financial frameworks
Work closely with internal partners
Requirements
Your Profile
Master’s in Hospitality Management and relevant professional experience in managing corporate catering facilities
Alternatively: Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or state-certified business economist specialising in hotel and catering management with relevant experience in managing corporate catering facilities, along with additional knowledge to match a Master's level education
Extensive knowledge in hygiene management
Desirable: Training as a chef
Comprehensive business management skills
Experience in managing corporate catering facilities
Knowledge in preparing offers and organising events
Basic knowledge of public procurement and purchasing law
High level of social competence
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities and high stress tolerance
Communication skills, self-management, analytical skills

Compensation
We offer a salary based on pay group 12 in accordance with the Tarifvertrag Versorgungsbetriebe (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification into a lower pay group may occur.
