The HR service is divided into the teams Personnel Support and Digitalisation. Key tasks include processing personnel administration and payroll, as well as support for the personnel management system SAP HCM.

What you will achieve with us
Implementation of SAP H4/S4 Hana and SuccessFactors for personnel applications from the SAP-HCM environment
Introduction and support of AI-driven HR tools
Planning, managing, and implementing HR IT projects
Development, maintenance, and support of IT applications in personnel management in collaboration with internal IT
Advising personnel management on the digital advancement of HR processes, IT applications, and AI solutions
Requirements
What you bring along
Master of Arts in IT Project Management and relevant professional experience as an IT project manager in SAP projects with company-wide impact
Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in the mentioned fields and relevant professional experience alongside additional knowledge equivalent to a master’s level, and experience as a project manager for SAP
Experience in managing digitalisation projects and developing HR IT systems
Comprehensive knowledge of key personnel processes in the SAP-HCM system, SuccessFactors, H4S4, and non-SAP systems
Experience with AI applications or solutions in the HR field
Knowledge in process modelling and consulting
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Teamwork, communication skills, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility

Remuneration
We offer compensation according to salary group 12 under the Collective Agreement for Public Utility Companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower salary group is possible.
