For our Market Service area, we are looking for you as Team Lead Credit Monitoring & Debt Management in Berlin, full-time, permanent, starting immediately. Up to 60% remote work is possible.
Description
You will take on the professional leadership of the Credit Monitoring & Debt Management team
You coordinate team goals and are a point of contact for employees
You are responsible for dunning procedures, terminations, and insolvency processing
In intensive support and problem loan processing, you work closely with lawyers and collection agencies
You meticulously record individual value adjustments and default data
You manage the distribution of tasks within the team
You identify potential for process optimisation and implement them, focusing on digitalisation
You further develop expert concepts and lead process optimisation
You accompany regulatory topics and participate in projects
You coordinate outsourcing and manage external service providers
You secure and further develop the internal control system (ICS)
Requirements
Banking qualification, degree in economics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the specified area
A good understanding of regulatory topics
Experience in optimisation and implementation projects
Initial experience in the professional leadership of staff
Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
