For our market in Schwerin, with a base in Wittenberge, we are looking for you as a Customer Dialogue Consultant, full-time, permanent, starting immediately.

As the first point of contact, you will support our customers in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
You handle service inquiries in a customer-focused way and aim to resolve cases as completely as possible.
You actively contribute to an excellent customer experience through your demeanour.
For more complex issues, you competently refer customers to specialised teams.
You process all relevant tasks properly and carefully.
You support sales activities in collaboration with your colleagues.
You assist our customers in becoming more independent with digital offerings.

Successfully completed bank training or equivalent qualification.
Enjoy interacting with people and providing respectful service.
Customer-oriented thinking and acting.
Proficient use of digital applications.
Willingness to learn and openness to personal development.
