On behalf of the state, NRW.BANK supports people, companies, and municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia as a development bank that helps turn good ideas into suitable financing. We are looking for an IT Specialist for Office Infrastructure Services at our Dรผsseldorf location.
Description
Create technical concepts and documentation using Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA
Ensure stable operation of central services (e.g., directory services, Microsoft 365, messaging, file services)
Advise departments on IT services and collaboratively find solutions
Take responsibility for incident, problem, and change management
Define IT security measures and analyse security incidents
Manage external service providers and ensure service quality
Participate in IT projects or lead sub-projects
Support regulatory requirements and assist in audits
Requirements
Degree in computer science, business informatics or similar qualification (e.g., IT specialist) with several years of experience
At least 10 years of experience in managing complex IT systems
Broad technical understanding, especially with Microsoft technologies
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management
Knowledge of IT security (e.g., BSI Basic Protection, CIS)
Experience in managing IT service providers
Structured, solution-oriented work style with strong communication skills
Analytical and conceptual skills
