Description
What You Will Do with Us
Develop learning and qualification offerings with a focus on digital learning formats and e-learning
Administer and conceptually manage the Learning Management System and digital learning infrastructure
Advise departments and content authors on digital learning content and qualification measures
Advance digital learning solutions, knowledge management, and the digital enablement of employees
Manage external service providers and the processes of procurement and implementation
Ensure the operational implementation of training, mandatory instructions, and reporting
Requirements
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, humanities, or social sciences with relevant professional experience
Desirable: Additional qualifications in
Trainer, Coach
Agile Learning Coach, SCRUM Master
Kode®X Competency Consultant
Experience in personnel development, corporate learning, or educational management
Comprehensive knowledge of digital learning formats, learning management systems, and the implementation of qualification measures
Strong digital affinity and enjoyment in empowering employees with various digital prerequisites
Knowledge in knowledge management and project management
Excellent communication skills, self-organization, and service orientation
What We Offer
Compensation
We offer a remuneration in salary group 11 according to the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may also occur in a lower salary group.
