What You Will Do with Us

• Establishment and development of Service Level Management - defining, monitoring, and optimising IT services with regard to the quality expressions

• Ensuring efficient process relationships between the organisational units and IT

• Further development of IT risk management, considering SLA management

• Systematic identification and analysis of IT risks (strategic, operational, financial, legal, and technical)

Your Qualifications

• Completed university education (Master's) in the field of Business Informatics or Economics with relevant knowledge in job-related tasks

• Alternatively: Completed university of applied sciences education (Bachelor's) in the mentioned fields, or IT consultant, or equivalent training in SLA and risk management, along with additional knowledge equivalent to a Master's level, and willingness for further qualification measures

• ITIL Expert for the service design processes

• Extensive knowledge in ITIL Service Management

• Experience with ticket tools

• ISO 3100, COSO, BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001

• Profound knowledge in risk analysis methods (SWOT, FMEA, scenario analysis, Monte Carlo simulation)

• Understanding of operational, legal, and technical contexts

• Proficient in IT analysis and documentation tools

• Team player, strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a structured working method

Compensation

We offer you remuneration in pay group 12 according to the Collective Agreement for Public Sector Utilities (TV-V). Depending on individual qualifications, placement in a lower pay group may also occur.
