In the Planning and Construction - Geodata Service area, we are responsible for providing technical data for the planning and construction of facilities and networks.
Description
What You Will Do with Us
Lead and coordinate the BIM Management, Construction, and Network Building teams
Develop and implement the BIM strategy across all construction phases
Ensure and further develop BIM standards and methods according to national and BWB guidelines
Manage digital models as the central BIM management function
Lead and develop the three teams (comprising approximately 35 employees)
Coordinate with project leads, specialist departments, and external partners
Requirements
Your Profile
Master's degree in Construction Informatics or Civil Engineering with extensive practical knowledge in construction projects as a BIM Manager and/or BIM Coordinator
Alternatively: Master's degree in Architecture, Process Engineering, or equivalent engineering disciplines with extensive practical knowledge in construction projects as a BIM Manager and/or BIM Coordinator
Expertise in:
The roles and tasks of participants in the BIM process, BIM methods, and BIM interfaces
BIM author software (e.g., "Autodesk REVIT", "Civil 3D")
BIM verification software (e.g., "Solibri Model Checker")
Project platforms (e.g., "Autodesk Construction Cloud")
Extensive knowledge in object planning, construction management, and designing complex buildings
Proven comprehensive team leadership skills
Knowledge in data management as well as technical and legal construction knowledge
Strong change management skills to positively influence change
Structured and solution-oriented approach that creates clarity
Genuine, approachable manner that inspires trust
Persuasive communication that engages people and brings perspectives together
Negotiation skills to mediate different interests at par
Motivating leadership that inspires and develops your team
What We Offer
Compensation
We offer compensation in pay group 13 according to the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification into a lower pay group may occur.
