Description

  • First point of contact for customers on-site, via video, or by phone

  • Support with all service requests

  • Actively scheduling appointments with customers

  • Acquiring new customers through friendly and appreciative demeanour

  • Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate advisory options

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training

  • Identification with the values of Sparda-Bank Berlin

  • Enjoyment of customer service

  • Interest in gaining initial experience in providing banking advice

  • Curiosity about the bank’s products and services

  • Motivation to learn new things and start afresh professionally
