Description

  • Proactively engage with customers across various channels and situations

  • Identify needs and potentials, and refer them to suitable consultants or partners

  • Schedule appointments for existing and new customers both inbound and outbound

  • Close products across various channels with a goal-oriented approach

  • Share knowledge with colleagues who do not have a banking background

Requirements

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or a comparable qualification

  • Enjoy offering advice and interacting with customers

  • Experience in the banking sector is advantageous
