Description
Proactively engage with customers across various channels and situations
Identify needs and potentials, and refer them to suitable consultants or partners
Schedule appointments for existing and new customers both inbound and outbound
Close products across various channels with a goal-oriented approach
Share knowledge with colleagues who do not have a banking background
Requirements
Completed banking apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Enjoy offering advice and interacting with customers
Align with the values of Sparda-Bank Berlin
Experience in the banking sector is advantageous
