Intro
We are seeking a Senior Demand & Project Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Essen at the earliest opportunity.
Description
Your Responsibilities:
Capture demands and enrich with necessary information
Check demands for completeness and assign to defined interfaces in IT and WFM
Coordinate stakeholders in planning and implementing demands within project management
Coordinate client onboardings
Document project status in Jira or Confluence
Regularly create reports and conduct status meetings with respective business areas
Prioritise demands in consultation with responsible parties
Lead a task force during major incidents when significant process disruptions occur
Lead projects that exceed the complexity of demands (including planning, coordination, documentation)
Lead special projects directly for the Managing Director or C-Level (including planning, coordination, documentation)
Represent the department in selected technical matters in the absence of the head of department
Requirements
Your Profile:
Extensive practical experience in project management, requirements management, and ideally in IT service management
Experience in the financial services industry or debt collection
Excellent understanding of IT, workflow management, and business (particularly debt management and communication centres)
ITIL Foundation certification, IT Service Operation and IT Service Transition certification desirable
Project management methods (e.g., PRINCE2)
