In wastewater management, we channel Berlin’s wastewater and treat it in our treatment plants. We construct, operate, and maintain our sewers, pumping stations, and treatment facilities. The departmental organisation manages all overarching management topics within the wastewater management division.

What You Will Do with Us
Decentralised personnel controlling for wastewater management
Determining personnel requirements and supporting the personnel planning process
Developing economic analyses and implications in projects for structural or process optimisation
Creating job descriptions
Supporting and monitoring recruitments according to personnel planning
Ensuring personnel correspondence and documentation
Requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Economics with substantial relevant knowledge in related tasks
Alternatively: Certified Personnel or Business Administrator with substantial relevant knowledge in related tasks and additional knowledge comparable to a Bachelor's level
Excellent knowledge in personnel management, personnel controlling, and organisational structures
Proficient use of Excel and statistical functions
Experience in developing job descriptions
Knowledge of legal frameworks such as LGG, PersVG, SGB, ArbZG
Proficient in presentation and moderation techniques
Familiarity with SAP, Confluence, Alfresco, Qlik Sense, and personnel planning
Desirable: knowledge of collective bargaining law

Compensation
We offer a salary in pay group 10 according to the TV-V collective agreement. Depending on personal qualifications, a lower pay group may apply.
