What we're looking for:
You have completed commercial training, a degree, or a comparable qualification.
What is crucial for us is your several years of experience as an assistant at the management, executive, or board level.
You are proficient with Microsoft 365 applications – especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams – and enjoy creating professional presentations and structured evaluations.
You have experience in setting up and maintaining documentation, archiving, or knowledge management systems.
You impress with your structured, proactive, and independent working style and outstanding organisational skills.
Discretion, reliability, and a high standard of quality are second nature to you.
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile; English skills are advantageous.
What we look forward to:
You will coordinate the management's schedule and ensure smooth meetings – from agenda setting to post-meeting organisation.
You will create professional meeting and decision protocols, consistently follow up on actions, tasks, and decisions, and keep deadlines, responsibilities, and progress in view at all times.
You will plan, organise, and coordinate business trips – from scheduling to complete travel organisation.
You will be a competent contact person for internal and external business partners, such as tax advisors, banks, and legal advisors.
You will create high-quality presentations and decision templates for management, shareholders, the supervisory board, and other management bodies.
You will prepare analyses and evaluations – particularly with Excel – in a structured and concise manner and independently support cross-departmental projects.
