Your Impact with Us

  • Providing individual counselling to employees and management on physical and psychological stress

  • Developing measures to restore work ability, for prevention, and to secure jobs

  • Analysing job-specific requirements and abilities (profile comparison)

  • Deriving measures to improve workplace and environmental factors

  • Coordinating, leading, and following up on workplace analyses and integration teams

  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Independently developing integration plans and implementation strategies

  • Conducting informational events and training sessions

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Pedagogy, with practical knowledge in relevant tasks

  • Alternatively: Certification as a Disability Management Professional (CDMP) or in Care and Case Management (DGCC) with relevant practical experience and expertise equivalent to the knowledge gained in a Bachelor's degree

  • Business-fluent German skills

  • Experience in carrying out corporate integration management procedures in public administration

  • Well-founded knowledge/training in conducting interviews, counselling, and facilitation

  • Knowledge in occupational health and safety as well as social insurance law and compensation regulations in the context of integration management

  • Systematic and solution-oriented communication, empathy, as well as a structured and independent working style

Compensation

We offer remuneration in pay group 10 according to the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may also be possible.
