Description
Your Impact at Our Company
On-site construction supervision and coordination for the construction, replacement, repair, and renovation of house connections (HOAI Phase V-VIII) in wastewater, stormwater, combined sewers, drinking water, and special drainage procedures such as pressure drainage
Communication with customers, authorities, and administrations, as well as the executing companies
Review of invoices and preparation of billing documents and activities for the road construction authority
Requirements
Your Qualifications
Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialisation in Civil Engineering or Environmental and Process Engineering or Urban Water Management, with several years of practical experience in relevant tasks
Alternatively: Technician with a specialisation in Civil Engineering or Environmental and Process Technology, with several years of experience in relevant civil engineering tasks and solid knowledge in managing cross-media construction projects
Knowledge in network and sewer construction
Knowledge of construction law and road construction such as HOAI, VOB, VOL, BerlStrG, especially in urban areas, special uses, trenchless replacement and renovation methods
Securing construction sites in public roads according to RSA
Driving licence class B
Basic business management knowledge
MS Office skills
Negotiation skills, communication and conflict resolution abilities, customer orientation, and good self-organisation

Compensation
We offer remuneration in pay group 10 according to the Tariff Agreement for Utilities (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification into a lower pay group may occur.
