Receptionist (m/f/d)

In the heart of Hamburg awaits a family-run hotel with a great passion for its guests. We are looking for a friendly person for reception with supervisory duties, focusing on late shifts, to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests

• Conduct check-in and check-out

• Act as the first point of contact for guests on-site and over the phone

• Answer questions and fulfil guest requests

• Provide restaurant recommendations

• Handle written inquiries

• Post charges to guest accounts

• Manage the cash register

• Accept and process reservations

• Take responsibility during late shifts

• Ensure a friendly and well-organised reception area

• Enjoy interacting with people

• Passion for working as a host

• Completed training as a hotel specialist is an advantage but not a must

• Initial experience at reception is helpful

• Career changers are warmly welcome

• Fluent in German and English

• Neat appearance and friendly communication

• Good organisation and ability to work independently

• Flexibility and a good overview even in stressful situations
