Description

What You Will Achieve With Us

  • Lead and strategically develop the Water Meter Systems Operations Team within the framework of continuous modernisation and digitalisation of the meter park

  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for currently 31 staff members

  • Manage and optimise the processes of construction and operation of water meter systems while contributing to their further digitalisation

  • Implement current technical and legal developments into work processes

  • Resolve challenges to achieve timely work results through moderation and communication within and outside the company

  • Participate in expert exchanges on current topics

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Completed Master's degree in Supply Engineering or Industrial Engineering with relevant knowledge in job-related tasks

  • Experience in leading staff (leadership and social competence)

  • Advanced knowledge of DIN regulations for securing drinking water installations and operating water meter systems

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the valid rules for drinking water installation

  • Extensive knowledge of the contractual foundations of water supply (AVB WasserV/Statute and Calibration Law)

  • Strategic and methodological competence

Compensation

We offer you a salary according to pay group 12 of the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). Classification into a lower pay group may also occur, depending on personal prerequisites.
