What to expect:

During your 2-year training, you will experience all areas of a Jim Block restaurant: From preparing our classics in the kitchen and at the grill to providing service that makes every visit a special experience. You will learn how small gestures can bring great joy, creating true moments of success together.

• Become a service pro: You'll learn how to deliver excellent service, take orders efficiently, serve drinks & food, and sell with a smile.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere: You'll ensure, together with the team, that everything remains clean, tidy, and inviting every day.

• In a team, not alone: You see yourself as a link between kitchen, service, and guest through clear communication and team spirit. We've got each other's back!

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working as a host.

• Stands out through positivity and warmth in dealings with people.

• Has an ESA or equivalent qualification.

• Not only attended school but also shone with dedication and enthusiasm for your favourite subjects.

• Has some initial experience in gastronomy or retail.

We pay according to the DEHOGA Federal Association tariff,
 1st year - €900 gross
 2nd year - €980 gross
Holiday: 26 days in a full calendar year 
Training period: 2 years
