We are excited about:

• Leading both the technical and disciplinary aspects of the SAP consulting team, consisting of 7 employees.

• Managing the maintenance, development, and strategic direction of the SAP system landscape (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Lobster Data), including application consulting, customisation, development (ABAP, FIORI, SAP BTP), as well as technology, release, and make-or-buy decisions.

• Ensuring stable and economical SAP operations in close cooperation with IT infrastructure, as well as managing service and escalation, including adherence to agreed service levels (SLAs).

• Overseeing the assessment, prioritisation, and management of projects, change requests, and incident and problem management with regard to resources, cost-effectiveness, and strategic company goals.

• Leading cross-departmental SAP and digitalisation projects and managing the SAP project portfolio.

• Handling budget, contract, and license management as well as coordinating external service providers and consulting partners.

What we wish for:

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position with technical and disciplinary personnel responsibility.

• Proven experience in the further development and transformation of IT service organisations and in designing sustainable change processes.

• Extensive experience in leading complex IT and SAP projects and managing interdisciplinary project teams.

• Very good knowledge of standard IT service management processes, ideally according to ITIL.

• Solid practical knowledge in SAP customisation and a good understanding of SAP development and related technologies.

• Several years of experience in the maintenance and development of complex SAP system landscapes.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured, solution- and cost-effective oriented approach to work.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills, as well as a confident presence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
