What You Will Achieve with Us
Strategic management of research and innovation based on the company's strategy
Identification and prioritisation of key future topics such as digitalisation, climate adaptation, and resource efficiency
Development and implementation of a company-wide research and innovation strategy
Initiating and leading research, development, and innovation projects
Building and maintaining national and international research networks
Design of governance structures, KPIs, and decision-making processes in innovation management
Requirements
Your Profile
Completed academic or technical university degree (Master's) in engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field, with relevant expertise. A PhD in the relevant subject area is an advantage
Proven experience in leading research and innovation projects, ideally in the water supply and waste management sectors
Demonstrated knowledge in project and innovation management as well as managing research partnerships
Understanding of and network with research institutes, associations, and international partners
Expertise in topics such as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and digital innovation management
Fluency in English
Ability to innovate, openness to change, and result-oriented actions
