Project Lead for Business Project SAP S/4HANA (m/f/d)

What You Will Accomplish With Us

• Overall responsibility and leadership of assigned sub-projects from conception to go-live (including maintenance, finance, ancillary services...)

• Design and implement business processes in S/4HANA

• Communicate and align results with department heads, overall project management, and key stakeholders

• Manage risks and escalations in the sub-area as well as dependencies of assigned sub-projects

• Coordinate and enforce measures required to ensure project progress and initiate appropriate countermeasures if deviations are identified

• Resource management, quality assurance, and test management

Your Profile

• Master's degree in IT project and process management, business informatics, IT management or business administration and relevant job experience as a project manager/IT project manager in SAP implementation projects

• Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in the mentioned fields with relevant job experience and additional knowledge equivalent to a Master's level

• Training in moderation and project management

• Process analysis, modelling (especially using BPM notations), and consulting

• Strong understanding of the business and process of the assigned sub-project

• Proficient in conflict and change management, decision-making skills

Compensation

We offer you a salary in pay group 13 according to the collective agreement for public utilities (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, a lower pay group may be applicable.
