Description

What You'll Achieve with Us

  • Internal training in the first 18 months on the topic of "Central Process Management in the Area of Water Supply"

  • Operate all facilities of the Beelitzhof focus plant, considering drinking water quality requirements and work, environmental, and data protection regulations

  • Ensure water supply within the service area, as well as economical operation of all water management facilities

  • Create schedules for pure water pumping, forecast for daily planning, and adhere to distribution specifications for raw and pure water pumping depending on the supply situation

  • Document switching operations, special features, disturbances, plant and power outages, and plant failures

  • Respond to alerts from fire and intrusion detection systems as necessary

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Qualification as a specialist in water supply technology, or in supply and disposal technology with extensive relevant professional experience

  • Alternatively: qualification as a specialist for wastewater treatment technology, water management, or mechatronics, electronics technician for operating technology, industrial mechanics with extensive, relevant professional experience

  • Ability to act independently even in difficult situations and mental resilience

  • Team spirit, commitment, and a high degree of flexibility, as well as proficiency in MS Office

  • Fitness for shift work

  • Willingness to pursue further development/training

Compensation

We offer remuneration in pay group 9 according to the TV-V collective agreement for utility companies. Depending on individual circumstances, classification may also occur in a lower pay group. Additionally, a variable allowance is paid according to TV-V.
