Intro
Description
Overall functional responsibility and management of assigned subprojects from conception to go-live (including maintenance, finance, ancillary services...)
Design and functional implementation of business processes in S/4HANA
Communication and coordination of results with department heads, overall project management, and key stakeholders
Management of risks and escalations in the sub-area, as well as dependencies of the assigned subprojects
Coordination and enforcement of the measures necessary to ensure project progress and initiating appropriate countermeasures upon identifying deviations
Resource management, quality assurance, and test management
Requirements
Master’s degree in IT project and process management, business informatics, IT management, or economics, with relevant job experience as a project manager/IT project manager in SAP implementation projects
Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields with relevant job experience and additional knowledge equivalent to a Master's level
Training in facilitation and project management
Process analysis, modelling (especially according to BPM notations), and consulting
Strong business and process understanding of the responsible subproject
Good knowledge in conflict and change management, decision-making ability

Compensation
We offer remuneration according to pay group 13 under the Collective Agreement for Public Utilities (TV-V). Depending on personal prerequisites, classification in a lower pay group may occur.
