Description
Your Mission & Tasks
You convince employers to partner with us by demonstrating the significant benefits that international and refugee talent can bring to companies, thereby making the German job market more future-ready, diverse, and fair.
We offer an established sales playbook and well-functioning lead generation channels, which we are now ready to scale with you.
Your responsibilities with us include:
Actively engage potential clients and support them from the first touchpoint through to account expansion.
Play a key role in our lead generation. Take on inbound and mailing leads, execute outbound calling, and attend events to connect with employers in person.
Build a robust sales funnel and continuously optimise our revenue operations.
Identify multipliers for our sales network as revenue levers.
Negotiate contracts and partnerships.
Ensure your acquired clients are satisfied, expand accounts, and act as the main contact in customer success.
Re-engage former clients and leads.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly ambitious individual who is passionate about making a significant impact and driving our mission forward. You are keen to take responsibility, learn every day, and work results-oriented.
Additionally, the following qualifications and attributes are important:
You have relevant experience in B2B sales, especially in recruiting/HR would be a plus; however, what matters most to us is your drive and having demonstrated it in the past.
You are a team player, exude positive energy, and can transmit this both externally and internally.
You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and have strong English proficiency.
You persevere even when things get tough. Setbacks are an extra motivation for you.
You work independently on solutions and find it natural to operate in a technical environment.
