• You will handle business transactions in health insurance benefit law with high quality.

• You will review applications, such as for household help, maternity benefits, child sickness benefits, exemptions from co-payments, and AOK additional benefits.

• You will communicate with customers through various contact channels.

• You will independently manage error messages in your inbox in oscare®.

• You will guide customers at the service centre information desk.

• You will issue certificates, among other documents.

• Training as a social insurance clerk in the field of health insurance.

• Alternatively, training as a business administrator in healthcare or a comparable qualification.

• Service and market-oriented working approach.

• Good communication skills.
