Description
What You Will Achieve With Us
Leading the Electrical Engineering Pump Stations and Building team
Further developing the technical portfolio, team, and strengthening efficient processes
Responsible for the organisation of operations management, maintenance, and advancement of all electrical energy technology systems, process measurement technology, automation, and process control technology
Overseeing the technical building services and building management systems of the pump stations and the administrative buildings operated by TS-G
Ensuring the efficient, professional, and timely completion of tasks, including staff management and development
Acting as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) for the TS-E/P division
Requirements
Your Profile
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Engineering or Automation Technology, with solid knowledge of job-relevant tasks (maintenance of electrical systems, planning of electrical systems, application of scientific and technical methods in electrical engineering, and project management)
Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Engineering or Automation Technology with solid knowledge of job-relevant tasks (maintenance of electrical systems, planning of electrical systems, application of scientific and technical methods in electrical engineering, and project management)
Excellent knowledge in electrical power engineering with a focus on energy distribution with MV and LV, generation plants, drive technology including frequency converters
Very good knowledge and experience in process measurement technology for wastewater pumping stations
Good knowledge/experience in process automation with PLC
Strong leadership skills and experience
Excellent communication skills and high resilience
High assertiveness, conflict resolution skills, and strong team skills
Interdisciplinary understanding, goal-oriented leadership, and analytical skills

Remuneration
We offer a salary in pay group 12 according to the Collective Agreement for Utility Companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may also apply.
