Requirements
Your Profile
Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or Nutritional Science and relevant professional experience
Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Nutritional Science, or Food Service Management with relevant professional experience in communal and system catering, along with additional knowledge comparable to a master’s level education
Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene management
Desirable: Training as a chef
Extensive business management knowledge
Experience in leading kitchen teams
High social competence
Knowledge in preparing offers and organising events
Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing law in public institutions
Basic knowledge of occupational safety
Strategic thinking and high stress resilience
Communication skills, self-management, analytical abilities
What We Offer
Compensation
We offer you remuneration in pay band 12 according to the collective agreement for utility services (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may be in a lower pay band.
