Requirements

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or Nutritional Science and relevant professional experience

  • Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Nutritional Science, or Food Service Management with relevant professional experience in communal and system catering, along with additional knowledge comparable to a master’s level education

  • Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene management

  • Desirable: Training as a chef

  • Extensive business management knowledge

  • Experience in leading kitchen teams

  • High social competence

  • Knowledge in preparing offers and organising events

  • Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing law in public institutions

  • Basic knowledge of occupational safety

  • Strategic thinking and high stress resilience

  • Communication skills, self-management, analytical abilities

What We Offer

Compensation

We offer you remuneration in pay band 12 according to the collective agreement for utility services (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may be in a lower pay band.
