Do you want to support customers with important matters related to health cards and invoices? At AOK Niedersachsen, you will work in a strong community and help ensure that our insured clients are well cared for.

• Maintain master data

• Issue and send invoices and electronic health cards

• Verify entitlements

• Advise insured persons and medical practices both by phone and in writing

• Record contact details and document issuance in the IT system

• Support regional staff processing when required

• Completed commercial training

• Experience in call centres or telephone customer service is desirable

• Service-oriented and customer-friendly working approach

• Good ability to cooperate
