What You Will Do With Us

• Theoretical and practical basic and specialised training of apprentices in metalworking professions / plant mechanics

• Welding training in gas fusion, manual arc, and shielded gas welding techniques

• Organising and conducting courses in piping systems, pumps, and valve technology

• Participating in career orientation activities such as training fairs, intern supervision, and implementation of entry-level qualification measures in the workshop area

• Organisational support for apprentices at company sites, holding discussions to assess apprentices' competencies

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant professional experience in training

• Alternatively: Technician / Master Craftsman in a metal profession with relevant professional experience

• As a part-time and full-time trainer

• As a welding master

• In the digitalisation of training content

• Additional knowledge to align with the knowledge level of a bachelor's degree

• Essential knowledge: AEVO, methodology and didactics in vocational education, experience in metal and welding technology

• Desirable knowledge: Vocational pedagogy, experience with digital welding trainers

• Digital skills, self-responsibility, self-organisation, communication skills, results-oriented action, empathy

Salary

We offer remuneration in pay group 10 according to the collective agreement for supply companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, a classification in a lower pay group may also be possible.
