Description
Maintain policyholder data records
Issue and send invoices and electronic health cards
Verify entitlement claims
Provide telephone and written advice to policyholders and medical practices
Record contact details and issued documents in the IT system
Support regional processing tasks when necessary
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Experience in a call centre or telephone customer service is advantageous
Service-oriented approach
Good team collaboration
Friendly interaction with customers
