Description
Develop and improve new sausage, meat, and gourmet products as well as plant-based alternatives
Plan, execute, and document product development projects
Analyse market trends and competitor products
Create and adjust recipes, focusing on quality, cost, and compliance
Conduct trials and sensory evaluations (e.g., smell, taste, consistency)
Support product introduction in production
Work closely with production, quality assurance, purchasing, and marketing
Ensure compliance with food law and quality standards
Create and maintain product documents, specifications, and records
Continuously improve existing products
Requirements
Education or degree in food technology, nutritional science, or a similar field
Experience in product development, ideally in meat or gourmet sectors
Knowledge of food law and quality and hygiene standards
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
Structured and independent working style
Team player with strong communication skills
