Your work will involve topics such as IT security, cloud technologies, license management, and the continuous development of the IT infrastructure.

Description

  • Independent management and development of IT workstations considering current security requirements

  • Ensuring stable IT operations and optimising media technology

  • Monitoring and management of the supported office infrastructure applications (OI)

  • Management and supervision of external IT service providers in the area of IT workstations

  • Securing clients based on current Windows versions including M365 in accordance with regulatory requirements

  • Participation in the introduction of modern cloud solutions such as MS Copilot or comparable technologies

  • Support and development of media technology, including the design of high-quality conference rooms

  • Participation in procurement procedures and ongoing license management for software products

Requirements

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or natural sciences, or extensive professional experience with relevant certificates (e.g., state-certified computer scientist, Bachelor Professional IT)

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the described field of tasks

  • Initial knowledge in the areas of DORA, public procurement, regulation, and license management

  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as with ITIL processes is an advantage

  • Technical understanding of central infrastructure services (e.g., DNS, Active Directory)

  • Ability to identify the requirements of various user groups and translate them into solutions

  • Experience in project work or project management

  • Analytical thinking, structured working method, and pragmatism in solution finding

  • High level of initiative, teamwork skills, and strong communication abilities

  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written

  • Strong awareness of costs, quality, and service
