Your work will involve topics such as IT security, cloud technologies, license management, and the continuous development of the IT infrastructure.
Description
Independent management and development of IT workstations considering current security requirements
Ensuring stable IT operations and optimising media technology
Monitoring and management of the supported office infrastructure applications (OI)
Management and supervision of external IT service providers in the area of IT workstations
Securing clients based on current Windows versions including M365 in accordance with regulatory requirements
Participation in the introduction of modern cloud solutions such as MS Copilot or comparable technologies
Support and development of media technology, including the design of high-quality conference rooms
Participation in procurement procedures and ongoing license management for software products
Requirements
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or natural sciences, or extensive professional experience with relevant certificates (e.g., state-certified computer scientist, Bachelor Professional IT)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the described field of tasks
Initial knowledge in the areas of DORA, public procurement, regulation, and license management
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as with ITIL processes is an advantage
Technical understanding of central infrastructure services (e.g., DNS, Active Directory)
Ability to identify the requirements of various user groups and translate them into solutions
Experience in project work or project management
Analytical thinking, structured working method, and pragmatism in solution finding
High level of initiative, teamwork skills, and strong communication abilities
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
Strong awareness of costs, quality, and service
