Description
Processing transactions in the health insurance and benefits department
Reviewing applications, such as for housekeeping assistance, maternity, child sickness benefits, and exemption from co-payments
Handling AOK additional benefits
Communicating with customers through various contact channels
Independently handling error notifications in Oscare®
Providing support at the service centre's information desk
Issuing certificates and managing onsite customer interactions
Requirements
Training as a social insurance clerk specialising in health insurance, healthcare management or a comparable qualification
Service-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous and structured approach to work
Enjoy interacting with customers
