Team Assistant in Asset and Property Management (m/f/d) with Growth Potential
Administrative AssistantLanguage requirements
Description
Anyone can manage real estate. We aim to do it better. Small enough for short paths, strong enough for long-term perspectives: We are a family-run Hamburg-based office with our own real estate portfolio, also developing residential and commercial spaces on our own land. We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time addition to our asset and property management team, with 20 to 25 weekly hours, to start as soon as possible. You will create structure, streamline processes, and turn paper, data, and open tasks into reliable workflows. You keep track of tasks and deadlines, drive open issues to completion, and ensure that information reaches those who need it. And: you won’t stay in an assistant role permanently. The position is designed as a developmental step: over time, you will take on commercial management of your own properties. If you are passionate about real estate, room for creativity, and visible improvements, we look forward to your application. E.B.K Immobilien GmbH is looking for a Team Assistant in Asset and Property Management (m/f/d) with development prospects for part-time work starting as soon as possible.
Your Core Tasks:You support the asset and property management team in daily business by taking on organisational and administrative tasks.
You organise our property files, digitise documents, and keep property, contract, and master data up to date.
You monitor pending issues, drive them forward, and ensure a reliable flow of information within the team.
You handle and track insurance, warranty, and maintenance issues.
You create clarity and contribute to the further development of processes and standards.
You organise general office management tasks.
Your Profile:Completed commercial or real estate education or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in assistance, property management, asset management, or a similar role.
Experience with the real estate management software Casavi is desirable.
A structured, meticulous, and reliable working method.
A passion for creating order, consistently following up tasks, and further developing processes.
Proficient use of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Enthusiasm for real estate topics and willingness for professional development.
A pronounced hands-on mentality.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit.
What We Offer:A responsible part-time position with creative space in a family-run real estate company.
A diverse range of tasks with close integration into commercial and technical property management.
The opportunity to actively contribute to standardisation and digitalisation.
A clear development perspective towards managing your own properties.
Short decision-making processes, direct communication, and a long-term oriented work environment.
A workplace in Hamburg, along with attractive additional benefits, including meals in the company canteen and other perks.
Interested?
We look forward to your complete online application, including your earliest possible start date and salary expectations.
