Description

  • Independent support and further development of IT workstations, considering current security requirements

  • Ensuring stable IT operations and optimising media technology

  • Monitoring and operation of managed office infrastructure applications (OI)

  • Managing and supervising external IT service providers in the IT workplace area

  • Securing clients based on current Windows versions, including M365, according to regulatory guidelines

  • Participating in the introduction of modern cloud solutions like MS Copilot or similar technologies

  • Maintaining and developing media technology, including designing high-quality conference rooms

  • Supporting procurement processes and ongoing licence management for software products

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or natural sciences – alternatively, extensive professional experience with relevant certificates (e.g., state-certified computer scientist, Bachelor Professional IT)

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the described field

  • Initial knowledge in DORA, public procurement, regulatory matters, and licence management

  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level support and with ITIL processes is an advantage

  • Technical understanding of central infrastructure services (e.g., DNS, Active Directory)

  • Ability to recognise the needs of different user groups and transform them into solutions

  • Experience in project work or project management

  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and pragmatism in problem-solving

  • High degree of initiative, team skills, and strong communication skills

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

  • Strong cost, quality, and service awareness
