Civil Engineer for Network Measure Development (m/f/d)

What You Will Accomplish with Us

• Serve as the responsible point of contact for supply and disposal networks for internal clients and external customers

• Coordinate all network matters of Berliner Wasserbetriebe to achieve timely coordinated processes for spatially contiguous, complex, and cross-media construction projects

• Develop particularly challenging, complex project concepts, predominantly in major construction projects

• Prepare schedules and clarify financing

• Independently conduct meetings with all planning participants, authorities, investors, and customers, while sustainably representing the interests of Berliner Wasserbetriebe

• Act as the substitute for the team leader during their absence

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Water Management, Construction Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Process Engineering with many years of experience in network construction at BWB

• Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning with extensive experience in network construction

• Proven experience in project management

• Business administration knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

• Comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering, basic soil mechanics, and extensive experience in planning drinking water supply and sewage systems

• Knowledge of ASS and specific IT application software

• Strong communication skills

Compensation

We offer a salary according to pay group 11 of the TV-V (Tariff Agreement for Public Utilities). Depending on individual qualifications, classification may occur in a lower pay group as well.
