Description
Carefully process transactions related to the benefits law of health insurance
Examine applications for household help, maternity benefits, children's sickness benefit, exemption from co-payments, and AOK additional benefits
Ensure communication with customers through various contact channels
Independently handle error messages in Oscare®
Assist customers with information in the service centre
Issue certificates
Requirements
Training as a social insurance specialist in the field of health insurance, as a clerk in healthcare, or a comparable qualification
Service-oriented and customer-friendly working style
Good communication skills
Meticulous and reliable working manner
