The Guiding Principles department is part of the HR management team. It supports and advises on labour, social security, tax, and collective bargaining law, as well as on fundamental issues regarding company pension schemes. The responsibilities of this department include safeguarding employee representation rights in collective legal matters and initiating and implementing individual employment law measures.

Description

What You Will Do With Us

  • Provide consultation as a decentralised contact for all questions regarding the integrated management system, consisting of quality management, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system

  • Create and maintain system documentation

  • Coordinate and accompany audits

  • Review instruction systems for technical and content accuracy and compliance with standards, laws, and company regulations

  • Annually organise, conduct, and document management system evaluations

  • Hazardous materials coordinator

  • Advise and train HR managers on hazardous substances and occupational health and safety (prepare training materials)

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field focused on quality management with professional experience in relevant tasks

  • Alternatively: Specialist in the mentioned field or technician with professional experience in relevant tasks

  • Extensive knowledge in occupational safety, environmental protection, hazardous substances, dangerous goods, and water protection

  • Knowledge of certification processes (e.g. ISO 90001; ISO 14001)

  • Familiarity with various legal regulations (e.g. data protection, occupational safety laws, hazardous materials regulations)

  • Structured work approach, high sense of responsibility, willingness to pursue further education in IMS

Compensation

We offer a salary in pay group 10 according to the Collective Agreement for Utilities (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may also occur in a lower pay group.
