Quality and Event Management Employee (m/f/d)

Personnel management is the central contact for all personnel matters. This includes advising employees, personnel planning and recruitment, further development and training, as well as the education of new employees.

What You'll Do with Us

• Responsible for ensuring a high-quality and seamless kitchen operation, as well as professional planning and execution of events

• Assuming full operational management of the kitchen when substituting

• Handling advanced professional tasks and special responsibility for maintaining quality standards through independent task management:

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards in production and service

• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (HACCP, LMIV, occupational safety)

• Managing and conveying training content for apprentice chefs

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy Management, Business Administration - Gastronomy Management, or Event Management, with relevant occupational experience

• Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, with relevant professional and leadership experience, qualification as a master chef, and AEVO exam certification

• Strong knowledge in quality and hygiene management

• Experience in event or catering sector

• Knowledge in calculation, inventory management, and kitchen organisation

• Preferred: Culinary training with extensive practical experience

• High service and quality orientation

• Communication and teamwork skills

• Independent, structured working style

Compensation

We offer you a salary in pay group 9 according to the collective agreement for supply companies (TV-V). Depending on your personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group is possible.
