Part-Project Management in Architecture and Development (m/f/d)

What You Will Do With Us

• Manage the partial architecture and development project in terms of time, budget, and quality

• Be responsible for the target architecture and establish binding technological guidelines

• Ensure a standards-compliant, maintainable, and future-proof solution architecture

• Coordinate development activities and liaise with departments and sub-projects

• Manage custom code, extensions, as well as transport and release processes

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and ensure technical readiness for go-live

Your Profile

• Master's degree in IT Project and Process Management, Business Informatics, IT Management, or Economics, along with relevant professional experience as a Project Manager/IT Project Manager in SAP projects

• Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields with relevant professional experience and additional knowledge equivalent to a Master's level

• Training in moderation and project management

• Experience in process analysis, modelling (especially BPM notations), and consulting

• Strong business and process understanding of the managed sub-project

• Solid expertise in conflict and change management, assertiveness, and decision-making skills

Salary

We offer a salary in pay group 12 according to the Collective Agreement for Public Utilities (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, grouping in a lower pay group may be possible.
