What You Will Accomplish With Us

• Leading a team of approximately 10 employees

• Maintaining groundwater enrichment facilities and ensuring the functionality of the rapid filter systems through regular discharge of filter material (restoring freeboard height)

• Fueling the emergency generators of Berliner Wasserbetriebe as part of crisis management, including organizing and executing on-call refueling and fuel procurement activities

• Organizing and conducting work for open space management, tree care, and winter services

• Managing vehicles and maintaining the fleet of special vehicles

• Supporting technical reporting via SAP (creating maintenance plans, order processing, procurement, MAM)

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Water Management or Water Management with relevant professional experience in a water supply company

• Alternatively: Technician in Water Supply Technology or Environmental Technology, Industrial Master, Water Master with experience in waterworks operations, good knowledge of water extraction and supply technologies, knowledge of legal requirements for water supply, and understanding of companies in critical infrastructure and their special requirements

• Good knowledge of the legal foundations of water treatment

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Tachonova EVA

• Class B driving licence

• Leadership skills, teamwork skills, communication skills

• Desirable: basic business management knowledge (VOB), ADR/GGVS for managers according to GGBefG, and knowledge of the Tree Protection Ordinance in Berlin/Brandenburg

Remuneration

We offer remuneration in pay group 10 according to the collective agreement for the supply industry (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification into a lower pay group may also occur.
