Engineer for Building Services / HVAC (m/f/d)

In the Planning and Construction - Plants division, we are responsible for the planning, construction supervision, and project management of all water, sewage, pumping stations, and building projects.

What You'll Move with Us

• Support the team in responsible planning for complex and demanding technical building services systems according to HOAI LP 1-9, including building technology systems and process engineering heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems with the highest functional requirements

• Develop climate concepts and robust variant studies

• Collaborate with external engineers / engineering firms on specialised planning as well as quality assurance of external planning results

• Quality assurance of contractor services during construction and commissioning

• Personal development through independent participation in technical committees, working groups, and concept creation

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in building services engineering or relevant professional experience in the field

• Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree as an engineer in building and energy management, HVAC technology, building technology, renewable energy systems and relevant professional experience

• Experience in planning of technical building systems

• Knowledge in building fire protection

• Advanced knowledge of professional standards DIN VDE, MLAR, HOAI, procurement and contract (VOB, VOL, VgV)

• Strong organisational and analytical skills, economic thinking and action

• Independent and structured working style

• MS Project, AVA, Solar-Computer, AutoCAD, winplan, BIM

• Sense of responsibility, resilience, loyalty, good self-management, ability for interdisciplinary teamwork

Compensation

We offer you a salary in pay group 11 according to the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification may also be in a lower pay group.
